When developing a new pizza concept for Rema 1000, we found inspiration in old classical Italian posters, bar signs and typical colouring, to clearly stand out from the traditional category language. The pizza is baked on the outskirts of Modena in Northern Italy. The dough has been risen for 24 hours, flavoured with extra virgin olive oil and shaped by hand by real Pizzaiolis.
