Apotek 1 is the market leader among pharmacies in Norway. The market is experiencing competition from national and international chains as well as increasing industry sliding. Few people have a very conscious relationship with the choice of pharmacies. It is often the closest item chosen. Apotek 1 wanted to clarify its role in the market.

A new brand strategy and new positioning were developed as a basis for both an internal cultural project and the development of a new communication concept. A concept that takes ownership of the main driver for the choice of pharmacy: A pharmacy that is there for you in the various phases of life, with advice and help that makes it better and the challenges easier to carry. Final deliveries were new brand strategy, new communication concept included in print and digital ads, content for social platforms, as well as 5 commercials.
